All orders placed before 1PM on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s will be shipped the same day via 1st class mail. Orders placed at weekends will be shipped on a Monday, and orders received on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s will be shipped the next day.
Royal mail advise 90% of mail arrives the next day, except Sundays. Due to the on-going COVID19 Pandemic Royal Mail are still experiencing delays in some areas – please check the status for your area when placing your order with us.
If your order is needed urgently, we offer Royal Mail’s special delivery service as a postal upgrade to accommodate this.
Spend under £3 - Postage cost £1.50
Spend under £9 - Postage £2.95
Spend under £10 - postage cost £3.95
Spend over £10 - Postage cost £4.95
Spend over £100 POSTAGE IS FREE
If you require your parcel to be signed for, an additional £1 is charged on the above rates.
Some of our products have space for graphics/ emojis to be added with your text, we ask all enquiries to first be sent to sales@younameit.co.uk with an image of the desired graphic for confirmation before placing your order.
Please note, during busy periods (i.e. Christmas/Mother’s Day etc) custom orders that require extra time and attention may take an extra day or so to complete.
If your order is taking longer to arrive than expected, please get in touch with us so we can look into this further. Although royal mail claim 90% of post is delivered next day, this is not a guaranteed next day service and can sometimes take 2-3 days.
Royal mail do advise us that they do not deem a parcel as ‘lost’ until 10 working days have passed. In the mean time, we will always ask you to check any safe places, or neighbours addresses for your parcel.
